Title: Marketing Manager, Aesthetics Division

Location: Dallas (Hybrid)

The Aesthetics Division Marketing Manager will oversee campaign planning and execution, agency partnerships, budget management, and the development of marketing programs that elevate Fotona’s presence within the competitive aesthetics market. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategy with sales and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness and demand for Fotona’s aesthetic technologies.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate standards across all campaigns, assets, and communications.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the aesthetics segment.

Demand Generation & Performance Analytics

  • Generate demand across multiple channels to support the aesthetics sales pipeline, including digital campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Track lead performance through the marketing funnel, ensuring timely follow-up and lead quality alignment with sales.
  • Establish and manage KPIs for all marketing campaigns and initiatives, delivering regular performance reports and data-driven insights to leadership.
  • Continuously optimize marketing efforts based on metrics and ROI analysis.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Select, onboard, and manage creative, digital, media, and PR agencies to ensure quality, alignment, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts, set performance benchmarks, and manage relationships to achieve optimal ROI on all external partnerships.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Own and manage the division’s marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, tracking, and reporting of expenditures.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership to ensure fiscal accountability and transparency in marketing spend.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, email, and print) to generate qualified leads and increase conversion rates.
  • Oversee new product launches, ensuring messaging, creative, and promotional strategies align with business objectives.
  • Review and assess campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Event, Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Oversee the planning and execution of national and regional trade shows, clinical workshops, and educational events.
  • Attend key aesthetics industry conferences and symposia to represent Fotona and stay informed of emerging trends.
  • Deliver presentations at industry events, trade shows, or professional meetings to promote Fotona’s technology leadership and clinical excellence.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO/SEM, and social content.
  • Support the creation of engaging digital assets and online experiences that reflect Fotona’s innovation in aesthetics.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and event professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Build strong alignment with the sales organization to ensure consistent messaging, efficient lead management, and shared performance metrics.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and business partners across the aesthetics ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in the medical aesthetics, medical device, or beauty technology industries.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external agencies and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Proven track record of marketing budget ownership, including planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with new product launches in the aesthetics or medical device space.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles, digital platforms, and event strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience speaking at industry events or conferences.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Excel, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when necessary, including travel to events and conferences.
  • Regular travel between California and Texas offices to support distributed teams.
  • Ability to lift and carry marketing materials or equipment (up to 20 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally).
  • Ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters seldom.
  • Ability to stand, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, and work at a computer and sit for extended periods.
