Fotona is currently seeking a seasoned and strategic US National Sales Manager to lead and manage a highly talented team of dynamic sales professionals responsible for increasing sales and utilization of Fotona Medical/Aesthetic products across the United States. This individual will ensure our Medical/Aesthetic Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers grow Fotona's market presence and actively foster customer relationships while demonstrating professionalism, strategic business acumen, and ethical sales practices.  This is an excellent opportunity for a high-level sales leader with solid leadership experience and a track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales goals to play a strategic role in advancing Fotona as a leader in the US aesthetic laser market.  Several years in a high-level senior sales management role, and experience within the Aesthetic Industry, Capital Equipment, and/or Medical Devices is required.

This individual will gain hands-on education and experience with Fotona's leading-edge laser technology while receiving competitive compensation and advancing their career aspirations. Continuous study of Fotona products, medical aesthetics, and the aesthetic/medical laser industry is expected and required for success.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and drive strategic sales plans and KPIs to meet and exceed targets for the US Aesthetic/Medical Sales Division. 
  • Analyze Aesthetic Division sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies amongst Regional Teams to optimize results.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers, helping them to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, primarily within Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Medical Aesthetics Practices and spas.
  • Mentor and coach sales representatives, fostering a culture of professional growth, accountability, and measurable success.
Market Expansion:
  • Oversee and lead commercial strategies, including identification of new business opportunities, enhancing sales success strategies and initiatives, development of KOLs, and support of Regional Managers and sales representatives in securing new clients and optimizing client satisfaction and service.
Financing & Negotiation:
  • Provide strategic support in navigating the equipment financing process, leveraging your industry expertise to develop financial solutions that drive sales while maintaining strong long-term client partnerships.
Collaboration with Leadership:
  • Work closely with other members of Fotona Senior Leadership to provide data-driven insights and progress reports.
  • Act as the primary liaison between US Senior Leadership and the US Aesthetic/Medical Sales Division, ensuring clear communication and alignment on national sales initiatives.
Sales Team Training & Support:
  • Lead training sessions for the US Aesthetic/Medical Sales Division, ensuring all team members and Managers are fully prepared to confidently market and sell Fotona products.
  • Equip the US Aesthetic/Medical Sales team with the tools needed for client onboarding and product education.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Regularly analyze sales data, set KPIs, and track individual and team performance.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and support to ensure the achievement of sales goals for the Aesthetic/Medical Division.
  • Have a regular cadence of one-on-one meetings with Regional Managers and lead Aesthetic/Medical Division meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in senior-level B2B sales management and strategic leadership, preferably in aesthetics, medical devices, capital equipment, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a national or large region sales team, with a focus on strategic growth, mentorship and professional development.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in strategic sales planning, team management, and KPI setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to Fotona Senior Management and external clients.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ironclad integrity, leads by example by not ethically cutting corners, earning the trust of co-workers and team members, and putting the success of the team and the organization above self-interest.
  • Results-oriented with proven track record of results in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish that align with company goals.
  • Customer-focused, with a drive for client satisfaction (internal or external), and the development of partner relationships with clients through visibility and accessibility.

Additional Requirements:

  • Authorization to work in the United States and ability to travel within the US (approximately 50%) for sales team support, customer relations, and attendance at national tradeshows, trainings, meetings, and other events.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, lift, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer and sit and/or drive for extended periods frequently.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and proven track record, plus incentive-based bonus structure.
